Let’s get you back on the map! Love is not a season. It is a calling. Selah!

As Valentine’s Day approaches, conversations about love flood every corner of the media space. Unfortunately, much of what trends is a distorted version of love—sentimental, sensual, self-centered—far removed from the purity and depth of the love that flows from God.

Be discerning in this season. What you consistently absorb will quietly shape your thinking, influence your convictions, and eventually govern your actions. Guard your heart. Not every popular perspective deserves your agreement.

Love is not a season. It is a calling. Selah! This is a sacred opportunity for reflection.

Pause and examine what you truly understand love to be. Consider how you have experienced it—both in its beauty and in its pain. Where there have been deficiencies, seek healing. Where there have been disappointments, allow grace to restore you. Unhealed wounds have a way of redefining love incorrectly.

Above all, fix your gaze on the love of God revealed through His Son, Jesus Christ. That love is sacrificial, steadfast, and redemptive. It pursued humanity at its worst and offered salvation freely. That love includes you.

Exterminators
Three women who meet in an anger-management class decide to form a traditional business with very untraditional methods.

Finally, reflect honestly: How loving have you truly been over the years? Not in words alone, but in patience, forgiveness, generosity, and truth. Then make a deliberate decision to grow. To mature. To love better.
Love is not a season. It is a calling. Selah!
