• It was not a hot day by any means, it was a warmer day than yesterday and it was not raining. Another sunny day for the coastal city of Santa Barbara, California, sitting on the cliff that over looks the Crown Jewell's and the Queen Bee ships ready for the high seas. Both were tied up and sitting in the docks, the silver and the blue with the gray stripe were shining out, and floating on the moor, it was great.

Last trip to hell, selling the house, to close, February 28, 2022. that did not happen, had a bald headed agent, Daniel Evans, shoot a curve ball, trying to get more cash, first thing that came to mind. Saw the termination recorded and filed in 2018, on the closing statement.

Daniel Evans, Tecumla Valley Home Team, threw the seller under the bus. Termination, worth more to the seller, than a transfer. Transfer the termination, no payment to solar company, and that is what happen. Spruce Powers, had to change there name, back to Sunrun, in October 2022, same month, the transfer agreement, was cancelled. Strange.

Wanted the seller to sign a transfer, after a termination, so the solar panel, would have rights, that had been terminated, called a midterm, for $30,000. It did not happen, house did not close, house is still pending on Brandywine. No attempts have been made to change that.
